Tata AIG Insurance — not renewing the policy after 5 yrs | |||
Hi, 2011 Feb I brought a new vehicle and took TATA AIG insurance. Till this year I renewed without miss before insurance expiry date and I’ve not claimed all there years. When I called the TATA AIG Customer Care to renew my two wheeler insurance this year, they are telling due to high risk coverage we can’t renew your insurance, and asking me to go for 3 party insurance. I didn’t understand why they are renewing this year, even though they are telling risk coverage is high for my vehicle.. they should have intimated me earlier.. all this years I was getting alerts to renew.. but this year I have to call to renew and they are not ready to renew, which is not at all fair. This should not happen to others as well. What ever the reason they are giving is it valid, is it how they treat who was using their insurance all this years promptly.
