Tata AIG Insurance — Poor and pathetic customer service | |||||
Hi, I am holding motor vehicle insurance with tata aig for 4 years and my policy no-[protected]. Today i was accidentally viewing my policy; it has expired two days back. My policy got expired on[protected]. I have not received a single reminder (Call, sms or mail). On renewal from tata aig. I called the customer care they are saying i will take 48 hours and insurance people will come and inspect the vehicle after that they will process for the renewal. Till that i cannot drive my vehicle in road. Without vehicle how will i communicate to my daily activities? This is the way that tata aig will treat a premium long term customer. What if i have not noticed the expiry date and i was driving the vehicle in the road. If something happens who is responsible?? @tata aig –i hope you guys know the meaning of insurance and how important. It’s high time that tata aig knows the meaning for “customer relationship”.
