Tata AIG Insurance — regarding bike insurance claim | |||||
Hi, Its not so nice that i am placing a mail over here because i haven't get any kind of help or support from the customer care department. I don't know it a matter of shame or a pleasant way to say that you guys are not doing your business correctly. Now coming to the point, i am pursuing a tata aig insurance for my bike and been paying some bucks every year. Unluckily i met with an accident and has claimed for the insurance. The showroom from which i have purchased the bike, they made my bike ready and had submitted all the bill to the concerned department of yours. I have been approaching to you guys like a mad person who have been fall into the love a some gorgeous woman. But see on the other side i am not getting any kind of response which can please me saying "heyyy this the day or some future date when i will get my money back." the whole time i called to you guys i am getting a response saying your money is in "processing" stage. I don't know when and where is this processing going on as in its being undercoverd and in a mission impossible that is going to end in some uncertain future date. The complaint i raised for the same you can check in: [protected]a Its not only 1 time i called to the customer care executives, but it had been some 4-5 times and all of them ensured that they will reach me after some days.
