I was traveling to Indonesia and made a travel insurance business plan for Asia for a week's travel worth 761 RS. It was a failed transaction so I tried again. It failed again.The money got deducted twice and no policy was issued. I have spoken to numerous customer care executives and corresponded with them over email. They keep giving me complain number and tell me they will get back to me. No one has been able to resolve the issue as yet. It has been 20 days already and no cooperation has been shown from them. It is not a small amount of money and I want immediate refund. But no one is helping me out with this issue. It seems like they are creating a scam because so many complaints I have read for similar issues. I am extremely alarmed.
