Tata AIG Insurance — Two sided claim of two wheeler

My wife accident happen, we claim dated around 10 january 2017 for right side crashes and bends, I already paid maintaince cost to Tulsi showroom. Till date I did not got full payment from insurance company . My wife second accident happen on 9 February 2017 near Jejuri . some crashes happen on left side of active 3g .we informed to showroom about second accident dated on 12 February 2017. Survey officer told to showroom manager that, you can’t give claim for left side, , which is wrong. They taken my two wheeler from last four days, now they are giving two wheeler without removing crashes and bend . I taken Tata AIG Insurance two month before, while purchased new active 3 g . Kindly solve my problem.
