Yesterday - person call to my wife at 4.30 pm dt.15.06.17 dewas (M. P), during this period, wife in meeting (Government servant). Conversation not understand by her. Person has continue suggested regarding insurance matter without understand the concern mind set.

Axis bank has debit amount rs.6593.00 from her account with out any standing instruction to axis.

Pl cancel all discussion points, don"t want any policy. Pl revert back our amount without any delay. (Refund the amount).

Suddenly sms received from axis bank.. As below

Hello! Your a/c no... Has been debited by rs.6593 on[protected]. The a/c balance is rs..... Info: tata aig /tatagm 189580.

    Hi,

    This is to inform you that i had taken a policy (Policy no [protected] 00) from tata aig for my vehicle no mh 12 fp 8267 in december 2016.

    My car met an accident a few some days back for which i took my car to the garage (Fiat moto - pune) on 13th may 2017. The garage has a cash less facility with tata aig.

    To my surprise i got a call from the garage in 4 days saying that my tata aig policy was cancelled due to some nbc issue. I was in a state of shock, as post taking the policy and paying the necessary premium i had no communication at all from tata aig regarding the same. Nor was any notification or intimation regarding the cancellation nor have i received any refund.

    Post talking to their customer care and writing them various emails. I was informed that they had sent me communication for wrong nbc and as we dint respond thet later sent me part cheque. This again came to me as surprise as i have never received any such communication from them nor have i received the cheque. If i had received the cheque i would have at least encashed it. As proof they just have document tracking number. They have yet not submitted our signature or receipt of acceptance.

    The same company calls you a billion times for renewing the policy or issuing a new one. And for critical matter as above they say they only send hard copies and they don't even take confirmation from the client if they have received the communication. Is this fair?

      Fraud company#policybazaar. I bought #tataaig policy from #policybazaar for two wheeler on 2nd june 2017. The balance got deducted from my end but policy not issued, even transaction id was not provided by #policybazaar. I called and mailed them for the same with screenshot of balance deduction. Today is 5 th june 2017 still policy not issued and noone responding over emails or calls

          On 23/02/2017 i had applied for health insurance. Gave a cheque no. 020517 amount rs.10582.00 drawn on icici bank shimla.
          Subsequently it was realized on 1st march 2017.
          Due to some reason my medical was rejected. Over the phone call from chennai was asked to pay more money if i wanted the policy, which i declined.
          Asked for refund. So far i have not received my amount.
          Spoke several time to mr. Shaileshkumar. [protected]@tataaig the person who visited my home in mumbai and collected the cheque and mr. Rajesh from
          Chennai, they assured me that it will be refunded soon.
          Over two months have passed, thought i should take some action.
          Kindly revert what action is being taken.

            Following 05 policies, with onetime premium, were sold to me by bajaj capital ltd., calcutta, during 2007-09, with clear and repeated commitment that after completing 03years i can surrender the policies for profit.. And the premium amounts paid are onetime payments only. Same were the assurances from and by the taig representatives. Bajaj capital kept maintaining the same assurance through out the years since 2007 onwards.

            Taig auto surrendered policies and returned cheques for far far less amounts, as per details furnished.

            All the auto surrender cheques were returned by me to bajaj capital. The cheques (04 cheques received) have not been accepted or deposited by me in bank and are un-cleared, as on date.

            Bajaj capital told that the auto surrenders are as per change in irda rules and they (Bajaj capital) promised me that they will take up the matter with taig and process for revival/surrender. Their promise, discussions with taig continued since last 5-8 years!

            In 2017 may, bajaj capital told me that taig will not do anything, the auto surrender cheques need to be accepted or deposited after revalidation (Total rs.6.28l only, against total principal amount, premium paid rs.11l, since[protected]:

            5. Taig investassure gold ui[protected]nov-09 rs.2, 00, 000 2, 00, 000.00 auto surrender chq no 994728 rs.27, 581.82

            Where do i go to get back my invested money? Why did you accept the investments and why do i suffer for change in policies? Why did bajaj capital and your reps kept telling, committing and kept maintaining the same fact that the premiums need to be paid one time only and after 03years, the polices will be surrender for profit??

              Hello, my name is rajshree thakur, i am living in ahmadabad, i bought one tata aig general insurance in the year 2006. I was. Paid per year 12, 800₹ install memt per year.. Company representative told me, if i want to withdraw my money, than three year is my exit period, and after', 3 year i will withdraw 90% of my paid money, and rest 10% is keep with insurance company, and my insurance is continuing.. But when i visited satellite branch ahmedabad, company representative told me i hv to continue for five year.. Other wise i get only 50 %₹back, so i continue to five year, and than again visit tata aig general insurance company office, again they ask, you didn't get ur whole money back.. There is somany charges deducted, and even they didn't paid me my principal ammount.. Or interest, they deducted my principal amount and i had lost, so guys pls don't invest ur hard money in such type of companys.. My experience is worst with tata aig general insurance company.. My mobile no is [protected]. I request to company 's competent authority.. Pls do the needful.. Pls give my money refund..

                  I'm balamurugan from tamilnadu, i am a TATA AIG GENERAL INSURANCE POLICY holder, my veicle number is TN38CA2189, this car's insurance ended on 26:02:2017, I received a quotation from agent Nandini, punitha through wtsapp, during first week February i asking to renew.in that message insured value of car was mentioned as ₹650000 but in the policy copy the amount was mentioned less than the quotation rate,

                        Dear Sir,

                        I have applied and paid for Mediprime health Policy for my daughter on 4th January 2017. The application number is 816515 and transaction ID is HHMP[protected]. My complaint number is 8318915. I have been following up on the policy but am yet to receive the same inspite of 3 working days being over on 9th January 2017. This is absolutely not done and we do not expect such delays from a company like yours. My daughter has to submit the policy to her office against proposed tax savings but she has been unable to do so, thanks to the delay on part of TATA AIG. In thsi connection, you are requested to kindly take up the case urgently and ensure that the policy sift copy is received today at this mail id or kindly cancel the policy and refund the entire amount. Its not possible for us to go on following up without any results. I have taken health policies from other companies and have received the soft copy the same by mail. But this is absolutely bad. Kindly do the necessary by today and please don't ask me to wait for another two days. Hope for a positive reply and action from your side.

                          I am a tata aig motor insurance policy holder. They take money for road side assistance for any case of emergency like puncture, refuelling, towing etc. On 3rd, my battery got weak and my car got stuck in the busy road of chandigarh. I called them and told my problem. They promised to call back within 15 minutes. I got a call after 3 hours. By this time i had changed the battery. This is the kind of road side assistance they are talking about.

                            Yesterday i've made payment for my car insurance renewal with tata aig general insurance co. Thro' my icici net banking, the amount was deducted (Transaction success) from my bank a/c, but no renewal happened & i spoke to tata aig general insurance co. They said that no payment received, i don't know what to do? Either the amount/payment should go to beneficiary or it should be reversed (Credited) to my a/c, i am really afraid of this transaction, also it is a non-value added activity, this incident forced me to rethink about cashless transactions. I am really annoyed by this hopeless e-transactions.

                            It is resolved, after several mails & calls I finally got the Manager Customer Care & he helped me, he identified the root cause of problem & resolved, the amount I transferred to TATA AIG was held-up with Bill Desk, the Manager somehow received my money & resolved the issue, also released/Renewed my Insurance.                               I am customer of TATA AIG mediclaim from last three years. But first time I have to do mediclaim as my wife get operated. But as I send documents to claim my expenses against operation they asking documents again and again. Several time I sended through courier and mails but yet they didn't send my claim in process. It's more than 2 months now. So its very lengthy and inconvenient process. If such way mediclaim is to be taken then it's better not to take mediclaim in future.

                                  Sir,

                                  i have been calling your gurgaon branch from the past 10 days regarding transfer of insurance of my car. my vehicle number is DL3CBZ0212. Every time i call they say that our representative will come to photograph the vehicle. but it has been 10 days no one has come and now when i called them again they first disconnected the calls for many times and at last they said that they will not send anyone you have to cone yourself.
                                  and when i said that is their duty to attend the customer they said that you can go to any other insurance company if you want. this type of behaviour is not accepted by the employes of your esteemed company kindly look into the matter. i want my money back

                                    Dear sir.
                                    I received a call from miss neha cell no [protected] in august for renewal of my car insurance policy.
                                    My existing policy was from icici, and hence i insisted that i needed an icici policy renewal. I was assured of an icici policy.
                                    I had insisted on a zero depreciation icici policy.
                                    I was told to keep a cheque of rs 24832 for a insured idv of 10 lacs
                                    Also was promised 6000rs worth of vouchers for car spa etc.

                                    I left a signed cheque of rs 24832 at my office and without the insurance companys name mentioned on the chq, and since i would be travelling asked neha to get it collected the chq from the office.

                                    Now is when all the horror starts.
                                    I received a policy from tata aig not icici
                                    The idv was 890000 not 10lacs
                                    No vouchers were issued
                                    Policy issued;policy no. [protected]

                                    I wrote a complain to tata aig for the same.
                                    One mr rahul called in cell no;[protected]
                                    He said i could cancel my policy and could be returned my money but that i would have to go to icici and get the policy and for which i would have to go and give the vehicle for inspection etc as by now my earlier policy had expired.
                                    He convinced me to keep tata aig policy, and said that he would change the policy idv to 10 lacs and also send the 6000 rs vouchers.
                                    Its been over a month now.
                                    I have not received my updated policy with 10 lacs idv nor any vouchers.
                                    Called a couple of times and they said sending it in 2 days this happened a couple of times and still i haven't received anything. Now mr. Rahul avoids my phone call, sometime a colleague picks and says he will call back, sometimes he sends message i am driving and no revert calls yet.

                                      Hi,
                                      I am holding motor vehicle insurance with tata aig for 4 years and my policy no-[protected].
                                      Today i was accidentally viewing my policy; it has expired two days back.
                                      My policy got expired on[protected].
                                      I have not received a single reminder (Call, sms or mail). On renewal from tata aig.
                                      I called the customer care they are saying i will take 48 hours and insurance people will come and inspect the vehicle after that they will process for the renewal.
                                      Till that i cannot drive my vehicle in road.
                                      Without vehicle how will i communicate to my daily activities?
                                      This is the way that tata aig will treat a premium long term customer.
                                      What if i have not noticed the expiry date and i was driving the vehicle in the road.
                                      If something happens who is responsible??
                                      @tata aig –i hope you guys know the meaning of insurance and how important.
                                      It’s high time that tata aig knows the meaning for “customer relationship”.
                                      I have policy with other vendor but i never experienced this kind of pathetic services.
