Respected sir, I'm balamurugan from tamilnadu, i am a TATA AIG GENERAL INSURANCE POLICY holder, my veicle number is TN38CA2189, this car's insurance ended on 26:02:2017, I received a quotation from agent Nandini, punitha through wtsapp, during first week February i asking to renew.in that message insured value of car was mentioned as ₹650000 but in the policy copy the amount was mentioned less than the quotation rate, When i trief to contact the agent for clarification i could not get a proper reply, as there is no use of complaint TATA AIG head office.
