Tata AIG Insurance — Very poor service, confused processing, no proper response at the time of claim. | |||
Dear sir or mam, I am customer of TATA AIG mediclaim from last three years. But first time I have to do mediclaim as my wife get operated. But as I send documents to claim my expenses against operation they asking documents again and again. Several time I sended through courier and mails but yet they didn't send my claim in process. It's more than 2 months now. So its very lengthy and inconvenient process. If such way mediclaim is to be taken then it's better not to take mediclaim in future. Was this information helpful? | |||
