Tata AIG Insurance — We have applied for insurance claim and customer care people are not responding properly and disconnecting the call

We have applied for claim on 30/06/2021 and still now we didn't received claim and am trying to call the customer care people daily and those people are saying still in process and no proper response from them and if I ask them when I will get the claim approved they will say please keep on line we fwd to our senior department and the call will get disconnected after 35min is this a proper response to customer and it is a right way to respond to the customer in this I am irated with this company no proper response
