[Resolved] Tata AIG Motor Insurance — Rejected my Motor insurance without even seen car and saying my car as dent | |||
Hi, I got a call from TATA AIG Motor Insurance, saying my insurance is about to expire which was right. I told them to come for inspection on Saturday, since policy was expired just day before. No body came on Saturday and i got a call again on Tuesday and told them to come to my office before 4:45 PM since i was having meeting scheduled from 5:00PM. Inspection person reached my office by 5 and telling me to come down i told him to wait for 15-20 min and i will be there, after 25 min i got a call from their office that person has left and they can not proceed with insurance. Case will be closed in their system mentioning car has dent. This is how Tata Aig is working, On first place they contacted my for Insurance Renewal and showing unnecessary Attitude.
