Dear Sir / Madam,
I'm Vinay Sawant a regular user of Tata broadband connection for continues 5 yrs in 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013.
For a connection which i have surrendered in 2013 account no. ACC[protected], firstly the Legal and Recovery department person has send email
mentioning that i have not returned the DSL Router . Since they have
send this email after 1 month of Surrendering of connection i had the
Receipt to show that i have returned it.So that issue got closed.
Now
2 days back i have got a message in my mobile that i have not paid
Rs.840 for account no. ACC[protected] which i have already surrendered in
Dec, 2010 by paying the last bill . They want me to pay this amount or i
have to come to court.
Now
at present i don't have 4 yrs old bill to show that i have paid that
amount of Rs.840 which was the final bill of that account at the time of
surrendering the account.
I
want tata communication to look in this matter . So that old customer
like me should not face such problem. Since its really irritating.
I request Tata Communication and there Collection Agency to organize their data and in this way only old customer like me will not face such problem.
I
request Tata Communication to stop playing such Hit and Trail method
with the old customers.Since no one keep all the bills of transactions
which they have done 4 yrs back.
Please send me the required proof if Tata Communication still feel that i have not paid that amount of Rs.840.
