We are being harassed by Tata communication agencies AGAIN BY PRIME COLLECTION MR. AHASIM with regards to bill payments.
Even when we have not crossed the due date we are receiving calls for payment.
This was also happening earlier but after I posted my complain was posted here on Consumer Complaints it was resolved, but the same harassment has started again.
First of all they CSA cannot speak properly & it is very irritating when you are busy in work.
In spite of informing that the bills are being paid online before time they still keep calling everyday.
Even after complaining to the TATA Call center they has been no action taken cause they do not care for their customers.
We have never defaulted in payment from the date of this connection.
If this is the kind of service TATA provides we shall no longer continue their services nor recommended to use their service in fact we will ask all our counter parts friends and colleges to change TATA
