I had raised a complaint #[protected] on mar 10, 2015 regarding my internet connection. The issue was related to dns hijacking wherein some malicious ip address gets added to the dns setting of the modem provided by tata. The is a serious security threat. However, tata could not resolve the issue and closed the complaint on mar 26 without even checking with the customer whether the issue was resolved or not.
Tata had sent their technicians several times at my premises but they could not resolve the issue. One of their technician amol was so rude to me and i even called up customer care (Interaction#[protected] requesting not to send this guy again because of his misbehavior and harrasment. But tata keep sending that technician to my premises.
I could not connect to my office network from my home due to this issue which caused loss of business. I have been following up on [protected]@tatatel.Co.In but i am not given any proper resolution. I request a waiver in the bill for this period of inconvenience (Mar 10 to mar 26).
