    I cancelled two order from Tatacliq and refund was initiated on 26 march 2021 but the amount is not credited in my bank account till today i.e 06 April 2021. When i enquired Tatacliq customer executive they provided me two bank reference No. (i) [protected] and(ii) [protected]. They said to give this reference to my concern bank so that money will be credited. But when i contacted my bank they told me that they have not hold such thing and nothing is showing in my account status for such refund.

      I had bought a mouse from them, saw that the seal was broken and item is scratched and used. Took pics and placed a refund option on 11th march, today its 26th still no initiate of return, I had called them they assure that he will pickup tommorow, but nothing happened till now, even mailed them, still no sign. Worst experience

        This is Ritesh Singhal had broadband connection in my wife's name (Pinky). Due to bad network and poor service I had sent email to customer service on 30-Aug-20 to discontinue the services.

        as I have already paid the advance amount of 6 months (till Nov'20). I called customer care also to do the same, but everytime I get excuse that the server is slow so we are not able to see your request. I sent many emails as well. I understood that the request is being taken into account and my connection will be discontinued.

        But all of sudden, I start getting bills to pay amount where I stopped using the connection long back. After that I tried to call customer care but it is not getting connected. I sent many emails post that as well, but no response.

        This is really pathetic and irritating. I am not able to concentrate on my work due to this.

            Order placed on 5th Feb 2021, payment deducted and got traction ID with order confirmation massage and mail with delivery date of 10th Feb 2021. But in online account the status was order confirmed but not proceed. Then I called to customer care for the problem, they said that the money is received and the problem will resolve in 3 working days. After 3 working days I didn't get any response. Then again I called customer care, same answer from them. Then I called them on 12th Feb 2021, then they said we didn't receive the payment. They are not responding towards the successful payment still I have transaction ID and there is no refund in my account. TATA cliq are the cheaters. They don't know about any information about the order placed. They just defending themselves by passing the time with giving false statements. I am writing this here as by searching on internet how-to make complaint in consumer court. They assured me about the refund within 2 working days but I don't believe on such fraud people. I am launching complaint against TATACliq in consumer court for such harrasment and fraud online shopping portal.

              Job scams- fake appointment letter

              I have received the following message on my WhatsApp,
              please confirm if this is fake or true?

              "I am Jitu Sahani from TCS please call me on this number and send me your updated resume on this on as well and after that I am going to give me some update to you."

              After I sent him the copy of my resume, he sent me this

              "Dear Applicant, You have applied online to Company for the respected Post...

                I had ordered one product with order ID[protected] from tatacliq.com, there were size issues and i had requested for return, Its pickedup but they have not refunded my money yet. I have been trying to connect they aredelaying for no reason. as they say the product is not recieved by seller yet. Its been more than 5 days. Kindly look into the matter.

                  I'm prajwal I got a Tata interview call letter via SMS
                  The name of the person who sent the SMS is harpreet bhatia
                  And his number is [protected]
                  He told me to pay 7998 rs trough payment Google pay and netbanking and after paying he told to send me the screenshot of the payment and asked for my aadhar card and I sent him in WhatsApp with my name and my father's name and address and mobile number pin code
                  He told i[censored] want to attend the interview u have to get Epass and covid test and he told that it will be refunded back to u after the interview is over and I paid him 7998 rs through paytm but after sending him the money he told that u have made the wrong payment and told me to pay 11679 rs with 28%cgst and 18%gst, so I told him I don't have that much money but then he told I have to pay him 11679 rs and then he will refund the 7998 rs back but he didn't pay me back the 7998 rs I called and texted him in WhatsApp but he's not responding

                      I have paid Rs 1368 towards purchase of Prestige Electric Kettle on 26th October 2020 at about 10.50PM. Immediately I received SMS from bank on 26th October at 22.56.08 showing debit of Rs 1368 and also received whatsapp message from Tatacliq on 26th October at 10.56 PM that order is booked vide order No.[protected]. Tentative date of delivery was 2nd Nov. When I received SMS from Tatacliq that payment is not received, I personally got print out of passbook entries and debit of Rs 1368 was correctly appearing in pass book too.
                      I am attaching herewith screenshots/ photo showing confirmation of payment through bank and your confirmation for booking the order.
                      Sir, now I request you to please verify for payment at your end, as my bank has confirmed debit to Tatacliq.
                      Above attachments will make the things clear. I always believe in all companies of Tata group .
                      Hope you will send my booked product immediately.

                          The order shows payment timeout and the order is not placed while the money was deducted from my account twice. Kindly refund the debited amount. Extremely disappointed with the payment services provided by Tatacliq.

                            I am Tata car user and due to last car service, my car started to give me certain issues for which I thought of visiting the service center & getting it fixed. While driving for just 2, 3 kms my car stopped in the middle of the road. I called Tata helpline where they connected me with their emergency helpline team who informed me that they will arrange a Towing van which will take my car to service center. This conversation was done at 2PM. The representative called me back and said that the towing would be done at NIGHT as there are no vans available. Are you guys serious? I was in the middle of the road, I paid for 24*7 assistance and you are telling me that it would be towed at night? That's a shame TATA. I paid for this. Instead they send a person who said he will be with my car untill it is towed. I did not pay for a person. I paid for car towing facility. This was the worst experience ever. Worst!!

                                  I ordered apple iphone11(128)gb green from tatacliq website on dated 20/07/2020. this packet was received to me from expressbees vide awb [protected]. my sister collect this packet at home . in the evening when i came to home i saw that the size of packet is too small and it can't be mobile i was in doubt so i didn't open the packet and contact to tatacliq helpline instant and they advised me to open packet with video recoding and i did so . when the packet was opened i found airpod inside the parcle. i again contact to tatacliq custumer care they advised me to raise return request and i did it on 27/07/2020 .till then i have contact tatacliq custumer care so many times and already shares pictures and video but still not resolve my problem.
                                  they are not giving any satisfactory answer .its 18 days have passed but no response please either replace my product or refund my amount

                                      I purchased bajaj mixer grinder juicer from tatacliq website. Its of bad and duplicate quality mixer grinder, the jars are too weak, doesn't fit properly, have placed return request but no body comes for pickup,
                                      Only chutney jar is good and has bajaj written on it with rubber on its lid and is of good quality. But other 2 jars are defective, duplicate and are weak one can easliy find that out.

                                      They are just time passing since 5 days. As per their website they should have collected it in 48 hours.
                                      I want my money refunded and the product returned back. They are just giving diplomatic answers that they are looking into it nothing else since 5 days.
