I had bought a mouse from them, saw that the seal was broken and item is scratched and used. Took pics and placed a refund option on 11th march, today its 26th still no initiate of return, I had called them they assure that he will pickup tommorow, but nothing happened till now, even mailed them, still no sign. Worst experience...

Order placed on 5th Feb 2021, payment deducted and got traction ID with order confirmation massage and mail with delivery date of 10th Feb 2021. But in online account the status was order confirmed but not proceed. Then I called to customer care for the problem, they said that the money is received and the problem will resolve in 3 working days. After 3 working days I didn't get any response. Then again I called customer care, same answer...

I am Tata car user and due to last car service, my car started to give me certain issues for which I thought of visiting the service center & getting it fixed. I purchased bajaj mixer grinder juicer from tatacliq website. Its of bad and duplicate quality mixer grinder, the jars are too weak, doesn't fit properly, have placed return request but no body comes for pickup,
