Hello, my name is Sachin Kumar and my tata Tele broadband number is [protected] (New town, Kolkata)
My broadband plan is suppose to have 16mbps but I was receiving only below 1 mbps throughout the month of June. I called almost daily to helpdesk and they keep giving me ticket number but no action was taken till June 30 when local tech guy came and speed was increased to 5-6 mbps.
I asked them to wave off one month bill but instead they increased it by 200+ saying a booster pack was added, which I doubt as speed was never increased.
Now yesterday they discontinued my connection sighting outstanding amount. I paid the amount and now after 24 hours my connection is still discontinued.
This is harassment. I am not able to work, kid missing online classes. Please kindly look into this. Was this information helpful? |
