I am using tata tele broadband connection since auguste 2018, in fabuary 2019 i lost my job, so not able to pay internet bill of march and april of around 2000.
I requested the company to give me some time for that, in july they give me the offer me discount of 800 if i pay immediately 1200. And promise to resume the services.
I paid the 1200 at that time, i was not get any discount and my services cut again after 2 days.
I complained several times but they were not responding.
Now i got bill of 2096 all of a sudden, they start my services without inform and start billing again.
I haven't used any amount of internet this time. I complaint about that but the company told me to pay. They don't understand my problem. They told me this is postpaid connection and we will continue to charge you weather you using internet or not.
I am attaching the last bill. So you can get information about it.
Now i have job and i can pay that amount but it is wrong, that's why i complaining here. Please help me over it.
