[Resolved]  Tata Docomo — 3G recharge but 3G not given

I am vivek from Pune. This time Tata Docomo trouble me a lot on 8th October 2014 11:00pm I done a recharge of Rs.499 which give 2gb of 3g data and 450 talk time in [protected] Now thing is that my recharge is done but its not give me 3g data and its give me only Rs.444 talk time then I called customer care and tell this thing they are saying its a topup not a special recharge and they talk rudely and when I ask transfer this call to senior they said after 11pm there is no senior in the flor and customer executive said take email id and raise you complaint we cant do anything because its a online transaction... Then i called anagin on next day (09/10/2014) i ask transfer this call to the senior i spoke to the senior name NAMRATA regarding this issue she again told me that its a normal recharge not special recharge so i said ok and ask to take a complaint for wrong recharge because i selected special recharge mode. She is not redy to take complaint and when i ask please tell me some alternete option where i escalate this matter she replied there is no way to escalate this matter recharge it again. So I want resulation because customer care service is very poor they raise their both hand and said they cant help it So I am the customer of tata docomo I am expecting some resulation from you give me my 3g data or refund my amount... In this regards, we would like to inform you that he recharge of Rs.499/- has been done successfully on your number on[protected] in normal mode therefore you are credited with the benefits as 444.11/- talk-time balance.

Kindly note that the recharge should be done through the retailer in a special mode to avail the exact benefits as the pack is a special tariff and once the pack is activated and the benefits are provided, the same cannot be deactivated, refunded or converted to other offer and the same you have to wait till the pack expires.
