Tata Docomo — About data usage & bill | |||||
Hi, I have been using tata photon wifi for more than a year. After an year, the speed has been reduced drastically and I was unable to use the data. I filed complaint several times and They said it is their network issue and it will be resolved in 7 days. Even after many days I didnt find any improvement and So I opted for closure. After that they have completely suspended the data and I could not use a single byte of it. They took 14 days to close the connection and the wifi never got connected. But I received a bill for that 14 days of Rs.380/- and the Data Usage in the Bill was 0 MB (Please find the attachment). I said I cannot pay the rent for the data which I never used. Now they have prepared a legal notice for Rs.380 /-. Should I pay the amount or I can submit the bill somewhere for the justice?
