[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Abusive language | |||||
I m doctor and i was using tata photon for last 2 1/2 years. I was a regular bill payer though i never got 3 g service as promised by docomo. Inspite of repeated complaints they were not able to solve problem. Even docomo engineer was not able to get speed and said that this is what u can get. No 3g service from photon but got regular bill og 3g . I discontinued the same and again i got bill with late charges. I paid that also but still the some fellow called me and started abusing. Now u tell me who should pay the damages. The telecom company or the customer. My photon account no.[protected]. I received abusive call from no. [protected]. We had cross checked our records and we did not found any interaction/intimation/complaint on photon service/connectivity issues. Please be informed that the internet service for the photon number was permanently disconnected on 22-FEB-2017 and the billing was stopped on 01-MAR-2017 with the reference number[protected] registered on 22-FEB-2017 and you had received your final bill under pro-rate basis for the period 15-FEB-2017 to 14-MAR-2017 with an amount of Rs. 431. We had not received the due amount of Rs. 863 towards the invoice #[protected]. Hence, you had got the final bill with amount of Rs. 1294 (Which includes previous due + final bill + Late payment charges). We have received online payment of Rs. 1294 against your photon number [protected] on 19-APR-2017 towards the invoice number [protected] & [protected] and your transaction number is 10520803. We request you to treat this mail as an acknowledgment for the same.
