Tata Docomo — Auto change from prepaid to postpaid | |||
Dear Sirs, I want to know from you that I have been using Tata Docomo services on my no. [protected] & [protected] since last 2-3 years but in last few days they charges me 3G Charges but the data pack I am using is 1 GB 3G & 2G unlimited. The company says that it is customers duty to shift his cellphone on 2G after 3G pack over. Please tell me how we change my services each time. Its company software mistake who allow the user to use 3G instead off 2G. On the other hand other operator not charged this type of charges. In this dispute I PORT out my one no. [protected] into AIRTEL and other [protected] into Prepaid from Postpaid. Today I have checked my No.[protected] will be shifted from Prepaid to Postpaid without any information.
