[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Broadband connection deactivation | |||||
I called to customer care and submitted request for deactivation. But they did not disconnected and keep my connection active for next month. They did not provide complete information for deactivation. Now they charged me two month bill which i am not liable to pay. I tried to call again to disconnect my broadband connection but they keep on charging. Was this information helpful? | |||||
