It is extremely frustrating to experience the horrendous work culture at your end and leading to terrible services consistently over a long period of time.

As you may find through the trail of mails, you have failed to provide promised services and support time and again.
Latest being your response to mt last complaint by sending a mail & sms regarding some one attending (Attached snap shot of sms) but there never was any call or visit by any engineer to resolve the issue.in fact call to said number went unanswered with no call back.
The connectivity has never been anywhere close to promised 8mbps and i have been always mislead with promise of some action or the other.

As such note -

This is my notice to you to that in the light of your continued lack of support and service, i do not wish to make any payment with immediate effect.

Also, please respond within a week as to why should legal recourse and action not be taken against the company for your continued and consistent disservice and harassment.

Once again, please treat this as a notice that due to your disservice and harassment, i stop payment against the connection.

I continue to get unsatisfactory internet services in terms of the speed.

All previous assurances from your end of escalating matter to higher levels and including lical attending engineer's assurances have turned out to be false and misleading.
