[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Deduction in balance | |||
Sir, i was in roaming from yesterday evening, i used spme data on my phone in roaming and all of my balance got deducted from 40 to zero.Now there is no where mentioned in terms and condition of docomo that they charge u in roaming if anyone use data there.I called customer care and requested them to mail me the terms and condition if this thing is mentioned somewhere and they denied to do that. We would like to inform you that you have been charged an amount of Rs.46.20/- usage of (4542KB) for browsing as you have latched with Reliance and Aircel networks and while you are under roaming on dated[protected]:01PM to 10:03PM, hence you have been charged from main balance at base tariff (10p/10KB). I request you to check with the attachment.
I request you to select the network manually as Tata Docomo in roaming, so that you will be charged from your data balance for browsing of internet. Hence, you will be charged for data usage if selected network operator is other than Tata Docomo and the charges will be at 10P/10KB. Being a loyal customer of Tata Docomo an amount of Rs.46.20/- has been credited to your account with the docket number ABAL[protected] as a onetime goodwill gesture.
