[Resolved] Tata Docomo — FAURD Services from TATA and local representative | |||
I am an existing customer of tata docomo with account number :[protected]. I was out of the town for last one month and your representative Ankush (Mobile number : [protected]) in my local area informed my roommates that I have disconnected above number, so he would need router which is given by TATA docomo along with this he took my Router ( D- LInk ) which is purchase by ME. I had a word with your customer care to know who has placed the request for disconnecting the service. There is no request raise by ME and same is not updated. How can a representative take a personal Router . When I had a word with him he said follow up with TATA DOCOMO as he has submitted to docomo. As well he has sold a new connection to my roommates even first one is not cancelled. I want my personal Router back along with security deposit and want to discontinue the plan. I am having D-Link Router(D-Link D-Link DSL-2750U Wireless N ADSL2+ 4-Port Wi-Fi Router) bill which is purchased from FLIPKART. If I will not get the details in 2-3 days then I will file a police complain against TATA DOCOMO and your area representative Ankush.
