[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Hopeless customer service | |||||
I am not getting internet connection using tata photon max number [protected]. I had called the toll free number... They directed solutions online. That did not help. I was directed to call my local service center. On contacting them, i was told that i need to raise a complaint which i did in order to have a technition come home and check the dongle. Then the customer service guy located in hyderabad calls up to say that they cannot send any technical staff to my house. I'm at my wit's end. I work from home. For the past 20 days i'm only running from a pillar to some post. I am now contemplating to change my service provider to airtel or something else. Was this information helpful? | |||||

I am not getting any messages to my Tata Docomo sim, the number is [protected]. This issue started when I took a duplicate sim for the same number.
