Tata Docomo — Main balance deducted with unwanted pop-ups | |||
Dear Jayaraj, I am using Tata Docomo sim and number is #[protected]. Docomo has deducted my Rs. 60+ some hungama service (GamesBond Monthly). Money deducted on 05th February 2015 without asking any confirmation. I have called their customer care number 198 but they are not ready to refund my money. They confirmed that money deducted wrongly but dont want to give them back. Also the notifications/popups are appearing in such a manner that there's a lot of probability of accepting it and I'll be charged. It's really frustrating that TATA Docomo is forcibly making us accepting the service. The phone is in my hand and I am just surfing net, have not requested any kind of service...what the heck is this ...is there any kind of dictatorship of Tata Docomo like whenever I want I deduct. I'll highly appreciate you if you can resolve this issue for my Tata Docomo number and don't encourage this type of cheatings/blames on customer. -- With Best Wishes, CH. This is further to your email correspondence on 09th Feb 2014 and telephonic conversation had with our team member Raj with regards to balance depletion.
We are extremely sorry to learn that, you are facing a concern of balance depletion in your mobile number- [protected] & sincerely regret the inconvenience caused to you due to this.
We would request to note that, the balance deduction is due to the `SDP Subscription Games Bond Monthly service which is activated on 08/02/2015 12:57:06 PM.
We would like to inform you that, the deducted amount of Rs. 60.28/- has been credited back in your account as per the goodwill gesture wide the docket no. ABAL[protected] on dated 10-FEB-2015 16:06:50. The above mentioned service has already been deactivated on your number to avoid any more deductions.
You can also dial *191# or call 155223 (toll free) to deactivate any VAS services in future. As per your consent, we have registered the request for DND wide the DND[protected] on dated 10-FEB-15 (Fully) and we request you to kindly allow us 7 working days to stop all the promotion calls/messages. We regret for the inconvenience caused to you.
