Tata Docomo — money debited but recharge was not done | |||
I did online recharge on my number [protected] for 148 rupees pack... My transaction was not processing, It showed error but still 148 rupees were deducted from my idbi bank account.. Please refund the money or do the recharge as soon as possible.. Transaction status is also not shown.. I did the recharge on 19th november.. The time of recharge is around 10.15am. I was a subscriber of Tata Docomo in prepaid category. From 3rd instant I started getting call after call intimidating me but out of fear i got them deleted.But now I want to take police help to get out of the problem permanently for which I need all the call details for the above period. My mobile number is [protected].
