[Resolved] Tata Docomo — No coverage in my area Pin Code 563115 (BEML Nagar) about 85 Km from Bangalore | |||||
Dear Sir / Madam, We regret to inform you that even after a lapse of 18 days no resolution of the complaint has been done. The facts are summarised below for your kind understanding and needful actions. 1) We have been using the photon + device since the past 5 years and there have been some low speed issues on and off. But we were able to connect to the net. 2) we are using the Photon+ in Photon Whizz mode as per advice of your technical team and was able to get connectivity at a lower speed. 3) Since the last 18 ~ 20 days there is absolutely no connectivity and the device is unable to connect to the internet. The error code # 777 & # 678 is coming. 4) It indicates that device is unable to connect to remote modem / server. 5) We tried the "Activation" but activation failed. 6) The signal strength has reduced significantly and it is now inly 2 ~ 3 lines against earlier full signal strength. Also, if you check for 10 mins, the signal strength varies from 0 to 3 and is not at all stable. 7) We are staying at Beml Nagar about 85 Km from Bangalore with PIN Code 563115. 8) Yesterday, I had taken the Photon Device to Bangalore and found that the device is getting connected at Bangalore but not at Beml Nagar. 9) From the above, it can be concluded that it is a network issue and this signal strength needs to be improved. 10) During discussions with your call center experts Mr Syed, Mr Abdulla, Mr Teja, it was informed that due to increase in number o[censored]sers in our location, the signal strength is very weak and no improvement in coverage is possible at this time. 11) You will appreciate that even after a lapse of 22 days, no resolution of the technical problem seems to be in sight. 12) The contention of your team that we should use the photon only in Metro cities is not at all feasible for working class people and this aspect was never informed to customers when we purchased the photon + which was touted to be the best in its class. 13) In fact your marketing executives have been telling us that we can avail spped of 3.1 mbps and your ad. line has always been : "Get Speed Get Time". 14) we have been totally cheated by M/s Tata Photon thinking that you being a professionally managed company you will definitely honor your commitments to your customers. 15) We would humbly request you to reimburse the monetary equivalent of about 48 GB of data available and close our account. We are totally disgusted with the attitude of your so called "Technical experts". We once again request you to accept our request in the interest of justice and fair play.
