[Resolved]  Tata Docomo — not allowed to port out [protected]

I have postpaid
Account of docomo and i want to port this into airtel. We have done lots of
Time but it is going to be rejected by yourself. Last we went to
Koramangala head office and they are also telling their is no status
Regarding this. And, also they are telling to meet the manager. But daily i
Am going their then the staff is telling he is not available at the moment
And daily this kind of reason i am hearing. I had done mail also to the
Docomo, then the customer service called me and telling me that it will not
Be possible for your end. Please tell me the reason why? call me [protected]

We tried to speak to you personally on your number regarding mobile number portability. However, the same was not possible as the call was not answered. We would like to inform you that upon verifying our records we found that UPC code (TX6954XX) was generated on 21-OCT-2017, UPC will be valid only for 15 days (05-NOV-2017).Post these please visit the nearest new Service provider outlet where you wish to go for enabling the port out. You would need to wait for a maximum 7 working days before you get ported out and you would keep getting SMS’s on the status of your request. But that port out request was rejected due to time out we would like to inform you that we are not received any request for airtel service provider, They did not raised any request for port so we request you that visit the airtel store for better assist you.

My Docomo cell no is [protected]. I am not using the sim for past six months. So please surrender and waiver any balance to pay. several times i informed your staffs and collection boys. so surender my sim and weiver the amout to pay.
i beleilive its enough to explain since you plase do needful.
