[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Poor Network Quality, Cheating in Recharges, Deducting data balance and main balance unnecessarily | |||
Good Morning Sir, Myself Thejaswi, living in Mandya city of Karnataka state. My Mobile Number is [protected] and I was using this number from past 8 years in Idea network. But because of poor network quality and no attractive 3G data plans from Idea, I ported to Tata Docomo as they had launched 3G network recently in my city. Butvfrom day one, am facing worst 3G network quality. Even am not getting one point network also in indoor. And these Tata Docomo people are cheating costumers by deducting huge amount for data usage even the customer having 5-6MB data pack balance. Also they are not providing to have double data packs. If i had activated 1GB 3G data pack, i am not able to activate another data packs of 2G or 3G at the same time. Other all network providers are giving this service except Tata Docomo. As per our discussion over call, we would like to inform you that, as per our records you are able to browse 3G services on your number till the date and same you are able to use our network successfully on your number. However, you are still saying that in mail that you are facing issue we request you to kindly replace your SIM with another mobile and try if still problem persist kindly revert us.
