Tata Docomo — port message failing

Hi,
I am fed up of trying to send port message to 1900 and it not being sent. I tried n number of times. Customer care also doesn't seem to respond. This is very pathetic and very very unprofessional. Tata docomo clearly doesn't seem to have not just poor network but also very poor customer service. The customer service guys won't even take my complaint simply denying. I immediately want this port to be done. I urge you to respond as soon as possible. Else i will take it to consumer court.

Email( [protected]@gmail.com)Tata Docomo is cheater company never purchase it .They deduct Balance without any reason sometime RS 10, 49, 99 etc with activating various VAS like Bollywood Hungama, MultGames etc and many times they deduct from my 2-3 Docomo Sim .So think twice before choosing Docomo .
