Dear si
My name is md ekram from ahmedabad gujarat, my mobile no is [protected].
Yesterday i recharged with 399 rupees for 3g internet service.
But it is not working properly. Lot of time i tried to contact to customer care executive but did not get any solution. After that i mailed on [protected]@tatadocomo.com and described all problems in detail.
But still i am unable to use my data plan. Please suggest me, what should i do?
I am really frustrated.
