[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Service disconnection | |||
I had ported my number recently to Tata DoCoMo from Airtel. As per rules, I am supposed to pay the last bill of my previous service provider and submit the receipt to Tata. On Wednesday, my service was disconnected as I had not submitted the receipt of the final bill payment that I made to Airtel. I had paid my final Airtel bill by credit card and I submitted the transaction id to the Tata DoCoMo centre at Fort on Thursday. The customer representative said he has sent it to the concerned department and I will get my service resumed soon. However, on Saturday night, my service was again disconnected and when I called the customer call centre, they said it was due to my not having submitted the receipt or transaction id of my last payment to Airtel. Clearly, the customer service representative has completely messed up everything. I am completely fed up with Tata service and 100% I am going to port out my number to Vodafone after the end of the 6 month minimum waiting period. THEY ARE COMPLETELY USELESS AND INSENSITIVE TO YOUR COMPLAINTS!!! Was this information helpful? | |||

I am a holder of broadband connection with A/C no:[protected] mentioned in the subject line.
The connection started working on 31 January, 2015
The connection was barred, as some documents (which their sales person did not tell me, were needed) were short. I wasn't even informed that the connection is barred and had to call the customer care to find it out myself.
I then cooperated with the documents needed by them, which i have sent multiple times, but even after 72 hours of internet down time and at least 10 calls to customer care and a few escalations, the connection is not yet restored.
Every time I call the customer care, they keep telling me that the issue will be resolved in 24 hours, for the past 3 days.!
