Tata Docomo — Tata docomo unnecessary activation of subscription of 5432. Balance become nil soon. | |||
Mobile Number : [protected] Recent days when ever I am doing recharge of 100 or 50rupees which will become 0rupees with in a weeks time. Even with out making any calls. Surprisingly I come to that the unnecessary activation of 54321 SMS services. This is unknowingly get in to activation from my credit. I lost more money in this useless subscription and activation of 54321 SMS service. Due to this unknowing 54321 subscription all my credit become zero with in short period and feeling more irritated. This troubles me lot facing nil balance during my emergency calls time. I'm Annoyed by this service idea of tata docomo and its like just taking away my recharge amount-1 by activating such useless services. Its my hard earned money which is getting wasted by activation of these silly sms stuff. Please look into my problem and unsubscribe me from this 54321 service completely. And i want my money back. Further, there are no VAS packs activate on your number. For further clarification, you can request for the prepaid bill, for that you have to send a SMS as PREPAIDBILL to 121 in which you will get the details for 30 days. However please be informed that an amount of Rs.25/- will be deductible from the main account balance for this facility.
