Tata Docomo — Wrong commitment from Tata docomo postpaid!!! Worst experience

Hi, I was using Tata docomo prepaid service from past 4 years and i was happy with the tariff thoughi face some network issues and internet 3G connection problem in some places.I activated DND for my mobile but almost 2 days a week i used get a call for the Postpaid connection offers..During my office hours i already attended nearly around 50 calls regarding the offer for the Postpaid. Every time i used say i'm not interested please don't call me and It was the worst experience i had from Tata docomo.Always i used to get calls during my meeting tiimings or during the customer supporting hours and it was very irritating.Really Docomo people torture like anything..I have experience o[censored]sing Vodafone and Airtel but i never faced such problem but docomo is the worst.. One month back i got a call for docomo postpaid offer and i was in meeting and they asked to please listen to the offer and it is special offer provided for only 20 members in Bangalore and today is the last day to claim the offer.I directly said i don't want to use any postpaid connections and hence i disconnected the calll...But 2-3 times they called me and i got irritated and i asked for the offer.The offer was like this All Tata to tata(local & STD) : 10ps/min All others(Local & STD): 30ps/min Monthly 500minutes free 3G : Unlimited and there is no FUP ( I confirmed him saying till 1GB one speed and later 2G right but he told no Sir there is no FUP and as this offer is for only 20members in the city no FUP as such. I told him, it cannot be like this but he convinced me saying it is Sir..You will get unlimited 3G.) Monthly rental : Rs350 Advance : Rs400 I tried to call the customer care and confirm about this but as usual i could not be able to connect to customer care.It took long time for connecting to customer care and hence disconnected the call. Later one person came from the Docomo outlet Malleshwaram (as he said it) and i asked him about the plan and he explained the same offer as i mentioned above and he also asked him to connect to your manager so that i will double confirm the offer. As i was not at all interested in postpaid i want to get rid off postpaid offer i was expecting some other offer from him but his manager also spoke with me and he explained the same offer as his sales man explained. Then i took the postpaid connection and problem started now.. I tried to get in contact with the person who wrong commited me but dealer numbers are switch off sometimes and sometimes they will not pick up the call. I got a confirmation mail form the docomo people and they explained my plan it was the worst ever plan for 350Rs and it was not at all synching with my usage. My usage is i will use lot local and STD calls along with atleast 2GB 3G data. I always used the 499 prepaid plan which wll satisfy my usage but now whatever postpaid plan im using really sucks and it lead me to lot of troubles because to activate any plan it takes around 48 hours for activation. I visited Docomo outlet asked for any of three: (a) Change back my sim to prepaid - They said it takes 3 months. (b) Allow me to port out of DOCOMO - They said it takes 3 months. (c) Provide the plan which dealer promised - They asked to contact customer care (d) What else i can do - Change your postpaid plan according to your usage 😞 I called to customer care and talked to executive and explained the problem and helped me to convert back to prepaid or allow me to port out or change my plan as per the promise made. only thing they said is "Sorry for the inconvenience Sir, We cannot do anything you have to use for the minimum of 3 months or change your postpaid plan". I asked them to connect to your higher officer..They connected and he said the same thing " We can't do anything". I asked him ok connect to your higher authority because some how i need to resolve this problem. He said "I'm the highest authority". I asked him to lodge a case against the persom under whom i got the postpaid connection and i want to track the complaint. They said that they will take the complaint and i gave them the phone numbers from whom i got calls for the offer and they said they will let me know the satus. till now i didnt got any mail regarding what action they took against the person and I'm suffering like anything with this wrong commitment and i want you to take the correct action for these kind of people and at the same time DOCOMO also should have some previlage to change the plans who suffered due to such wrong commitments if required they can listen to the call recorings and take the correct actioon on them. When i reached outlet for complaining about this i met 3 more members out of 5 who got into the same trouble as that of me.. I request you (a) Take legal action against such wrong commitment people. (b) Change back my connection from postpaid to prepaid or allow me to port out to other great services available outside or provide me the plan as per the commitment. (c) Most of my collegues also got such phone calls and there are few more people who already fooled due to such wrong commitments. Please handle my issue as i suffered a lot as even activating a 3G booster plan will ask for 48 hours to activate the plan.Due to inconveniance caused by you many times i tried to have adds on packages but it takes nearly 24 hours to activate each plan which is horrible. To my shocking even my cousin such call and he brough the sim exactly as i did and he also got fooled so I decided to spread this wrong commitments from docomo postpaid. I don't want anybody else to suffer like me so as I'm working in corporate industry and I already shared my experience with 2000 members of my company regarding this issue and how Docomo making wrong commitments with the postpaid connection also in the social media friends through facebook and whatsApp. Please take such issues seriously and make sure that if any such plans let docomo call the customer with same single number. Please check somehow i make my connection to prepaid or allow me for port out or provide me the plans as committed. Thanks and Regards Gopinath [protected]
