[Resolved]  Tata Indicom Broadband 2.0 — Wrong Billing by using my broadband

Sir, I wanted to notice following things. (1) Tat broadband removed log in page then what is the point of shared password?, And I am single user and have single computer. (2) 21st march I complained my Internet is dead ( request no.[protected] and after one day 23rd march I got connect, my usage 22nd march got downtime credit. (Attached with mail as my usage broadband 1). (3) My last recharge done on 15th march-2014, and before 28th February-2014 my Net had temporary inactive because of insufficient amount. Than how dose possible between 28th Feb to 14th march 2014 usage amount charged?(Attached with mail as my last five recharge transaction). I want to notice two more things to you which is I notice Today in my usage Bill. (1) Today, 25th March I haven't used my net even not touched the my PC, and 11:40 pm I logged my net and seen my usage its shocked me. (Attached with mail as 25 March). And, (2) I noticed that Every Day 10 seconds repeating for 5 to 10 times in very uniform manner.(Attached with mail as 14-25 March 10 min). As per the above default I got my recharged money is billing wrong, So, I request you to please solve the issue and get back the amount in my account. Thanking you, Sanjay Sharma [protected]
