Wrong Billing by using my broadband

Sir, I wanted to notice following things.
(1) Tat broadband removed log in page then what is the point of shared password?, And I am single user and have single computer.
(2) 21st march I complained my Internet is dead ( request no.[protected] and after one day 23rd march I got connect, my usage 22nd march got downtime credit. (Attached with mail as my usage broadband 1).
(3) My last recharge done on 15th march-2014, and before...
