Tata Indicom — Reg: Service provided by tata

I take a tata photon max connection ([protected]) in December first month speed was fine but later speed was so bad that it take minutes to load a single page like google.co.in so fill complaint for the speed that i was getting they didn't provide any satisfy solution and tell me that the speed is you getting is ok.So i didn't pay my bill and disconnect my connection. The bill is around 2000 Rs. I have a connection of 6.2Mbps plan which charge me 1000 rs per month with tax and they are providing my speed of 1 mbps plan.I have all the screenshot of speedtest.net in which it take the speed that i getting from tata photon.
