TATA Motor — TATA Nexon new car issue while charging

I bought TATA NEXON EV car thru SGA dealers in Coimbatore on November 20, 2023 - TN66AQ2865. I GOT an error warning message on the display board while charging. i have contacted tata service center immediatly on Dec 6, 2023. Till now they didnt tell anything and didnt give proper response .
I would like to cancel my vehicle registration and refund my vehicle amount . Really really WORST WORST service and response from Coimbatore TATA dealer sales team
