I have purchased tata altroz diesel XZ MP13CD8477 in October 2021 from sanghi motors ujjain.In my second servicing from sanghi motors indore, they stole goggles and some amount approx 200-300rs from car while servicing.from that incident I learnt that I should not left my any important things while leaving car for service.but in 4th servicing they even stole sd card which was inserted in dash cam.they also misbehaved and instead solving issue...

I have purchased Tata Punch in November 2021 and has bad experiences with this a number of times. Engine of Tata Punch gets overheated due to which smoke is seen outside and there is no support from customer care of Tata Motors. It happened twice that when we had to embarrass in front of public due to overheating of engine, we approached to every customer care number but no response even road assistance is not available for Tata motors. Hi, I am disappointed with the AC complaint occurred in new vehicle. When my car was in ideal for two days and turn on the engine, after few seconds I switch on my AC and increase fan speed to three point. After one or two minutes, the AC drop off and the fan alone running. I have to turn off the engine and turn on to solve this issue. Some times it will resolve it single shot or I have to switch off/on several times to make AC work properly....

During First service on 10.06.2021, I raised Steering noise issue, But not cleared and vehicle given as it is .Again I raised same issue in second service on 26.08.2021.
Issue was cleared by changing link rod .
Again one more issue reported for Lift gate not opened after second service .Issue attended three times but not cleared after third service on 28.02.2022.
This issue was cleared on 29.06.2022 after several time...

Hi, I bought the tata nexon xz+ in the month of dec 2021, and currently it's rainy season, so I started observing a water leakage into the trunk boot space (where spare tire - Stepney is kept)...Not sure what to do, i believe this is a manufacturing defect.
Please help me what to do...

As everyone said in their reviews, even i was extremely happy on purchasing Tata Altroz XM+ and the sales team was helpful(4.5 star for the car). 0.1 star for the response and service... Since, i had a great respect on Ratan Tata and Tata brand, i have taken this decision, it's been 1.5 months, no compliance about my Altroz. Here, it comes the true face of Gokulam motors, Chromepet branch and their management behaviour with a legacy customer......

Recently I bought 2nd hand car Tata Tiago XZA AMT, 2018, Petrol from reputed used car seller .

Problem is that when I am changing gear to Acceleration (“A”) gear form Neutral gear (“N”) at stand on traffic or signal condition, after applying acceleration by right leg, car is not moving smoothly and taking more time to pickup. I have tata tiago 2017 model. Now my car is automatically stop working couple of time and need wait for 15-30 min to start it again.
Service centre confirmed me, that this is fule pump issue which is manufacturing defect with 2017-18 model.
My request to tata motors if this is manufacturing defect with this model, it should be repeated free of cost as this is cost around 12k.
Please help.....

I purchased Nexon XZ+O petrol on 03052022. Everything was running fine until I noticed some light smoke near the Air Dam with a burning smell. On returning home I examined and found that the engine oil was leaking. My car has clocked 970 kms and yet to undergo 1st service.

I bought a Tata Nexon (Automatic) in August 2021.

I have been using Tata TIAGO XZA petrol since November 2017. More than 43000 km covered. All service scheduled met till date. No issues with car till date.

Recently last week I was surprised to see Engine Over heating indicator blocking suddenly and car has a buzzer going on and moving beyond speed of 10-15 km and not shifting to 2nd gear. I stopped the car on the side and then shut the engine off. Buzzer and Over heating indicator...

I had bought a Tata altroz XE (MH20FY 0763)from saniya motors Aurangabad, Maharshtra in November 2021, The car meet with an accident and was declared TOTAL LOSS, fortunately no one was harmed in the accident, So getting impressed with the built quality i again booked the same car from the same showroom mentioned above.
Meanwhile after booking a new car,

Hi, We brought our car from Jamshedpur in Nov 2019 and did a passing for Pune as we wanted to use it here in Pune. It was a BSIV Model and that's why registration took so long. We got our registration done in Pune on Feb 14th, 2022 and we have taken our HSRP Number on 16th Feb, 2022 form Tata Motor's Vendor here in Pune.

However that HSRP number is still not updated in Vahan 4.0 Portal even after a month. The vendor is saying...
