[Resolved] Tata Motors — arya motors trying to con | |||
I booked nexon through arya tata motors gurgaon on name of mr bhumesh in december and concerned sales agents were urshima arora and nitin... They continously misguided us and tried to con us on their pricing which kept on changing as well as their delivery time and available colours so finally i purchased my car from hartron as they offered better price and my choice of colour though that was available with arya motors as well but they wanted to charge more from me. Now about returning my booking amount initially they said 2000 will be deducted as its a rule though have not seen such rule with other brands thry also offered my if i buy car accessories from them i ll get full value of booking amount i was ok with it but they made me wait for more than 2 months for non availability of few accessories and now after almost 3 months they backed off from the offer of full value of bookibg amoubt for accessories and now wants to deduct 2000 even if i buy car accessories from them... Such changing stands and statements from tata dealer represents tata intentions as well... If a dealer can try to con its customer for such a petty amount of 2000 and give false statements just for holding merely 11000 rs of booking amount for few months helps the dealer or its agents in anyway and no action is taken against such sales agents and dealerships then i believe it ll be difficult to trust our brand tata motors anymore and such intention and doings will not help tata motors in any sense. I have not been able to accessorize my car for 2 months just because nitin and urshima arora made me wait due to non availability and in the end they are trying to extort any amount they can manage and still havent returned my booking amount... All this has really annoyed and sickenes the process of buying a brand new tata car from such tata dealers... Please revert back on [protected] (Piyush.
