[Resolved]  Tata Motors — battery dead within a year

Address:Alwar, Rajasthan, 301019

My tata nexon, xm car within 14 months and around 5000kms distance, it's battery has
Been declared dead by your service centre a. K. Automobiles, bhiwadi. I have been told that due to less
Distance travelled, battery has become dead. Without any alarm whatsoever, how can the battery become
Dead? Let me tell you, this vehicle has run mostly within the city and never been parked for more than 5
Days at a stretch. I want you to immediately replace the battery free of cost or rectify the charging
Circuit, whichever is faulty.
This sort of spares being used by tata is condemnable. Unnecessarily you are putting your
Reputation at stake because surely now i will think twice before purchasing any tata product.
