Tata Motors — broken rear twist beam (dead axle) in tata tigor xz

Recenly the dead axle (Rear Twist Beam) of my Tata Tigor was broken due to unknown reason.
After that I have contacted Tata Motor Noida service centre for repair but my claim was rejected by insurance company (Bajaj Alliance) due to company manufacturing defect as told to my by their surveyor.
The surveyor after inspection told me that such incidents have happened with other Tata Tigor as well and therefore my claim was rejected.

I need urgent assistance from Tata Motors because as a consumer it is very hectic and troubling for me.

Kindly resolve this issue!!
