[Resolved] Tata Motors — car got locked with key inside | |
Yesterday on 10 december 2018 i got my car locked with keys inside. I called tata cars toll free number for help, after 3-4 calls they said they are sending a technical department person for your car break down and it will be a free service as the car is only two months old. After 3 hours i. E. At 1 pm a person came with a steel scale unfix my car doors bidding and trying to unlock the car with that scale, when i asked about his unprofessional way he replied that he is a local mechanic which tata company hired, after trying half an hour he was not able to unlock the car and he returned back. Then i hired a local mechanic who unlocked my car. My simple question is this, it is the way to treat the customers. Why tata claimed free assistance when it is not able. My complaint no [protected]. I need compensation from the tata cars company for the inconvenience which i and my family suffered or i will seek legal advice. Was this information helpful? | |
