Hi, this i vaibhav from pune and in got message from quickr to call on [protected] stating that my profile has been selected. So call and spoke with khushi she said that my profile has been selected for store in charge in tat motors with salary of 22000. She asked for documents and and 1400 security deposit which i have to pay after 1 st telephonic round. Please confirm.

    And get a coupon in which i won a smart band but i got a totally ded bingo me band in un working condition it's not getting switch on
    Tata is a big brand but why should doing this tipe of cheep activity

      I have purchased tata motors vechile tata tiago in march 17. The car is under warranty for 2 yrs 1. Battery is weak, giving starting problem.
      2. Tyres are defective and have multiple punchure. Car has run for only 18000 kms.
      I need immediate replacement. 3. Front right side door rattling noise. 4. Bumpy ride. Shock up need to be replaced.. You feel you are sitting on a public transport. 5.ac low cooling.6. Check break. You need to apply hard to break.. 7. Several complaint to the company but no response..
      Bad car.. Bad service for tata motors... I am a sick myself, and sr citizen. Under going physical harrsement and mental pain.

        I own a 2010, tata nano cx silver colour. It has run 36000 kms, always serviced timely. There was a sudden issue of over heating and engine knocking on 2nd october 2018. The car was towed to the workshop of dulichand motors, kolkata. They kept the car for 10 days and replaced the fuel pump, spark plugs, cables, coolant reservoir hoses, and such as they diagnosed that the coolant wasn't flowing efficiently around the engine which caused the over heating. The bill came to around 8k excluding the towing charges. After taking delivery, i drove it for 300 kms, and the same knocking and overheating problem was noticed. So immediately i complained to the service advisor mr. Bakshi, who said they will arrange for free pickup and will fix the issue in no time. It has been 2 months, that they have not picked up the car or rectified the issue. Repeated reminders went in vain. So i was bound to put up the complaint here. This is a family car, and i am scared to drive it as it might make the issue more complicated. Overheating problem is persistent. I hope this complaint gets addressed, and my car becomes dribeable again.

        Dear Sir,

        I had purchased TATA TIAGO XZ MODEL ON 29.12.2017 form URS CAR SERVICE, MySore. Sales man cheated/not provide accessories, what he assured on dealing/quotation. I am not received till now. They are not response after sale the vehicle. I feel very bad experience from that sales man.

          We bought tata tiago amt in oct and were told on booking that day 1gm gold coin and scratch card will be given at delivery. At delivery neither was given and told it will come directly. We also were told that duplicate /second key will come later. Today it has been almost two months and nothing has come. The sales guy from andheri mumbai mr farhad does not even bother to pick calls. Absolutely unbelievable behaviour from a tata enterprise.

            car got locked with key inside

            Yesterday on 10 december 2018 i got my car locked with keys inside. I called tata cars toll free number for help, after 3-4 calls they said they are sending a technical department person for your car break down and it will be a free service as the car is only two months old. After 3 hours i. E. At 1 pm a person came with a steel scale unfix my car doors bidding and trying to unlock the car with that scale, when i asked about his unprofessional...

            Bought tata nexon on 13 nov 2018, barely 15 days back and music system hanged 4 times within 15 days.. And on thursday the first and second gear stopped working. The car stopped on road...
            Service center told me that there was some manufacturing defect and electronic problem so clutch plate is burnt... Pl get the car replaced or return my money... I am mailing the company and they have stopped responding... Deogiri auto from where i bought the car repaired it and gave me... But if there was a defect in the manufacturing of car why dont the company replace it or return my money... I am doctor and i have to drive at night in an emergency... I am scared to drive thiscar now...

              Tata motors — about parts of tata manza safire (Petrol)

              Dear sir, i have purchased 2nd hand tata manza about 2 months ago having manufacturing 2010. Recently there is a problem in engine. I showed the car to my regular servicing centre. Found some parts damaged the list of material are 1) main connecting bearing, 2) piston set, ring set, 3) packing/gasket set, 4) crank oil seals, 5) valve oil seal & valve set, 6) timing belt & timing thresher, 7) crank thrush washer... I have taken tata spare part dealers numbers from your customer care numbers but to no one dealer parts were available. Its very hectic that tata manufactured one car but no spares available in market. I am searching from 5 days for spares what to do. Only one option remained to sell car in scrap only.. Or to go in consumer court.

                I purchased tata nexon xz+ in the month of march-18 from ambala.
                I am a resident of kotdwra uttarakhand.in kotdwara we have one authorised service certre (Mm motors). I went to them for two times for my 1st and 2nd scheduled service. After 1st service i and my colleuge, we both purchase the car from same place (Having tata nexon) received the sms regarding software update for engine and herman both.
                We ask for software update to mm motors and assurred us that within few days it will be available in few days. We both tried calling then atleast 20 times since last 1 month and they are continuously saying it will take one more week. Moreover there are 05 tata nexon in our locality.
                For software update either we have to wait or drive 100 km.
                You are requested to look into the matter and provide the software update facility in kotdwara.

                  I sent my car to tata motors workshop bodyshop motinagar for replacement of front glass of my car tata zest.
                  As i got my car, i found screen of backsight camera is broken and even glass is not fixed properly. I informed bodyshop so many times but they can't listen me since last six months. I want to claim my all losses due to this.

                    jerk while accelerating in second gear in nexon

                    There is a huge inconsistency while accelerating in second gear in tata nexon. Also shifting from second gear to thurd is really difficult. Nexon is and will be my last car from tata. You need to work hard on the quality of your products.
                    What i believe which is causing this problem is the computer algorithm for auto fuel injection. You should hire better engineers....

                    Have booked tata tiago segement by 24. Oct.018 evening, with amount cheque 11000 inr. Due to personal reason don't want to buy car right now and requested to refund the same amount. But tata moters (Dealers : kamal & company, jaipur location, rajasthan) representative mr. Rupesh (+91 [protected]) was not responding from the starting and after by 6. Dec.018 after so many foollow up with him he is asking that they have made payment 8000/- by 22. Nov.018. Where there is no amount reflecting till now in my account and they are not giving proper amount paid detail also. And they deducted 3000/- amount due to cancellation where this cancellation never discussed by mr. Rupesh during booking time.
                    Favor to arrange my full amount 11000.00 refunding from your concern dealers : kamal & company, jaipur location, rajasthan.

                      I purchased tata tiago in feb2018 bearing no up14dn4295 with a great enthusiasm but my enthusiasm shattered when the vehicle broke down yesterday 04/12/2018 on a total km run of 3800 km. The front tyre burst out at a speed of 30kms only. I was surprised with the behavior of the good years tyre’s engineer who asked me
                      1) to run extra miles of 20kms so that he can inspect the tyre.
                      2) he told me that good year is not responsible for any tyre burst/cut /external damage be it 200kms. If this is the case i am not supposed to drive my vehicle on roads because these tyres can put one’s life in danger.
                      Kindly look into the matter for replacement of bad quality tyre.

                          Yesterday i was in tata showroom r. R. Automobiles waidhan for taking services regarding my tata zest xm car. The problem in my car is some sounds (Like cut-cut) is coming from staring during turning on both sides either left or right. But showroom mechanic did not understand the problem after tightening the some bolts they asked me to go your problem is solved then i pay rs 350/-. After that when i check, problem is still present. After that i asked to check again then they change some parts (Straight ring rod on both left & right side) asked me to clear bill of rs 1550/-. After all i pay bill amount but they did not give any bill or receipt & when i check my cars problem is still present.

                            I purchased nexon xza+ petrol wihite on aug 1st 2018 from orange tata, erragada, hyderabad. The day i purchased i could not notice but later i noticed this. I checked with some of my friends and colleagues who are nexon owners, and found that what i got is a low end variant parts (Steering wheel). The one i got is in black color, but company is giving beige color steering wheel in xza+, xz+ and xz variant. Black color steering wheel is coming with lower variant like xe, xm, xt etc. The showroom is telling, that is coming from company itself and he doesn't know anything about it. But as i have purchased the top variant i have paid for top variant parts. Why this has been changed in my car. Who is responsible for this, is it showroom or the tata company. I hope tata customer care can able to answer this whom should i reach and why it happened.

                            Update : After sending a mail to Tata Customer service, they opened a complain and showroom guys reached to me through phone. They came to verify my car regarding the problem and confirmed there is a change and they promised a 7days time to resolve the issue. After 10 days when no one contacted me I reached again but no answer/response from showroom. Then again asked update to customer service then after 1 day got a call from showroom today with a promise to resolve the issue but a waiting period of few more days. So it starts from today lets see after how many days I will get a update.

                                I have been replaced right rear and front door of my car they took 30days to complete the work but now the door is leaking when the reached them they not even taking care of my complaint treating like anything... Then now called them back to solve this problem they not even responding to me and not even considering already they have taken 30 days and also again there is again a problem

                                  I have purchased nexon xza+ on 06/09/18 from tata's dealer: rudra motors in pune. After 2900 km, i observed quacky noise in left front suspension.

                                  Visited rudra motors on 02/12/18 at 1 pm. After waiting for 2025 minutes one of the service advisor attend my complaint & suggested to come next day. When asked another advisor, he called technician & supervisor. After trial of car, technician started working on it, till 6 pm he tried various corrections & even after many trials issue was not resolved. Finally i was told to leave car with them & thanks to supervisor that he managed me to drop till half of the way to my home.

                                  Next day 03/12/18, i didn. T received any call till 4.20 pm hence i called for update & received feedback that shockers pads need to be replaced. Advisor told me that it will take 4-5 days but supervisor politely informed that he will try for tomorrow.

                                  Today 04/12/18, advisor informed me that shocker pads will take time to arrive & manager has decided to deliver my vehicle.

                                  Within this three days,
                                  I have wasted my 5 hours at service station,
                                  2 days travelling in public transport during winter season though i am paying installments of car & most painful thing is don't know when this issue will be resolved and whether tata motors is going to take this seriously or not. Choosing tata vehicle at rs. 12.18 lakhs, is my mistake?

                                    I have purchased tata tiago from chambal motor kota in the month of aug 2016 i have kept my car in a well maintained condition. Timely servicing done, and in these 27 months my car has run 21000 kms only. Before 3 to 4 days as i was driving my car got break down suddenly due to timing belt broked. Online complaint people will, towed it to service center, after checking my car condition said that he found ac compressor was damaged, after regular service driven 21000 km only how can ac compressor damaged and service provider told to change the ac compressor that cost rs. 16000 and also said that we never seen this kind of issue before in this car. But another point is that my car was repaired before 3 month having accident so that ac condenser, bumper and some other part of front area was replaced. So i doubt that some where problem was not arise from that service. So please check all matter and resolve it as soon as

                                    But the problem is that Ac compressor to be replace not repair...It means there are no baby product are available at service provider..And It's a first issue arise in AC compressor nearby area...
