Tata Motors — Car Manual Missing

Address: Sai Baba Motors, Hadapsar, Pune

I am a defence veteran and an ex TATA employee. I bought Punch Rhythm from Sai Baba Motors, Hadapsar on 12 November 2024. The car did not have a manual and despite repeated reminders, I am yet to receive the same. The service provided is poor and there is no response from them.
I have also tried to get accessories which are not available with the Sai Baba Motors.
