My Name is Sandeep Kumar, live in Noida. I booked the Nexon XZA plus AMT (P) car on 26.05.2022. Its been complete 22 weeks when I booked car. Initially dealer gave me 16-20 weeks of waiting period, but neither car is deliverer nor a tentative delivery date given. This is what Tata provide service to their customers. One more thing, this car is for a handicapped person. Whose GST concession certificate validity has expired once. Concerned authority kindly look into the matter. Because I have made renew GST certificate once. I don't want to get it renewed one more time for validity extension. I booked Tata because I wanted to buy an Indian company vehicle. I though Tata will listen me and will do slight modification in race. I am really disappointed with the services of TATA. I don’t think there is team who really consider the problem physically challenged people in TATA.
