I didn’t get good experience from this showroom. I got my booking on 16 June 2022 with amount of Rs. 11000 for Nexon XZA+ (O) foliage green color but they said same variant is available in Dark Edition which is slightly expensive than booked one. So I agreed and demanded to show the car first, they said it is in our stock-yard but you need to pay some more amount apart of booking amount, so I paid 4 lakhs more to them. After 2 days, they brought me in stock-yard to check the Car and there were so many defects in that car as some alignment issues, dent on alloy wheels, rusting issue and so on. They didn’t allow me to take the pictures of the car. I refused that car as it was defective. Now, they said we will deliver you the car on priority. I said ok and apart of booking amount please return my 4 lakhs. After a week I got the amount and I booked the same car from other dealer also of Mumbai. Mumbai dealer arranged that car in 1 week for me. So I cancelled my booking from Heritage motors panvel on 28 July 2022. They have issued me a cheque of Rs. 11, 000 on 3 Aug 2022 and I deposited the cheque into my bank account and you don’t believe that cheque got bounced and returned to me by bank. I got the penalty of Rs. 236 for cheque bounce, I informed them that your cheque has been bounced and returned to me, they said ok we will issue new cheque to you but please return bounced cheque to us. So I returned that cheque to them and was waiting for their call but after 10 days I called General Manager of showroom, he said yes you can come today and collect your cheque. I went there but he gave me the same bounced cheque and said please deposit the same cheque into your bank. I took the cheque and next day asked to bank but they denied to accept bounced cheque and said you need to deposit new fresh cheque now as it is already bounced and cancelled. Now, again I visited the showroom and returned the cheque to General Manager, He said don’t worry I will take care of it and I will deposit the new cheque into your bank on your behalf. Again was waiting and after 2-3 days I called him, he said I took the approval from the Superior and will do direct credit by RTGS. Again waiting for RTGS from last 2 days and it is going on. So, friends that was my experience with this showroom. Still I didn’t receive my amount.
