[Resolved] Tata Motors — complaint against dealer inderjit motors and tata motors | |||||
I have purchased tata tigor buzz, car no. Mh04jm4832 from inderjit motor mira road on 20th july 2018. The sales man name is kartik and rto support executive is chirag. These people made mistake in my name on rc, extended warranty as well as on invoice. On invoice they did the correction. But correction of rc and extended warranty is not yet done. I escalated this to tata motors complaint desk as well, but instead of taking action on sales man their interest to close the case and take my feedback. I register complaint with tata motors twice on call and once on email but instead of taking any disclaiminary action against kartik and chirag, their interest is in to close the case. Now more than 3 months passed i don't have rc, i am driving the car without rc. One and half month back kartik comes at my home collected the incorrect rc and promise me to give the acknowledgement in 4 days which will help me to drive car. But till today i didn't got the acknowledgement. He is not taking my call not replying on sms and also very rude when i call him. I did his complaint to tata motors complaint number is 1-[protected] but they are not positive to take any action. The surprise is i got a call from tata motors today to know the feedback. I scold that guy what feedback he is looking for none of my problem solved and they did took any action against dealers people and interested in closing the case. My question to tata motors is this your customer support? You are committed to customer or to the dealer? Answer me and arrange get me my rc asap.
