Tata Motors — Complaint against tata service - prerana motors bangalore

I have tata zest car with reg no. Ka 01 mm 1910. I have booked it for pick up on 9th may 2017 for the 2nd free service. I was informed that on 27th may the car will be picked up from my address. I have also shared alternate contact number with tata motors customer support as i am not in country.

On 27th may, tata motor person calls and informs that they will pick car in a week as they have some work going on in service centre. We understood the situation as these things do happen. Thereafter a week they called and informed, car will be picked up in 2-3 days, we were still fine with that. Day before yesterday they called and informed that we can not pick the car for xyz reason and asked us to drop it to service station. We don't have anyone at home to drive car till service station. Sincerely i was not expecting this response from tata motors as i thought they take good care of car and its owners. It is very unprofessional behavior.

Not sure what actions you will take against prerana motors kudlu gate (Opposite toyota showroom), hosur road bangalore service station but i am very disappointed with tata motors attitude.

I have complaint against balaji motors pune . Its driver accident my vehicle at the time of delivery. but workshop has not filed police complaint . i have registered complaint against on your toll free no. two times. But your customer relationship officer has closed complaint without intimation to me.
i have booked tata nexon on 7thjan'22 at prerna motors btm layout.
i have not received any email confirmation on booking after 45 days also, when we call on numbers provided on reciept no one picks the call. even if someone picks he is not able to answer properly. we have been outstation meanwhile. they do not callback and give any assurance.
